This memorial website was created in the memory of our little angel Faith Alyssa DeFord who was born in California on November 29, 2004 to Larry & Misty DeFord and passed away on March 17, 2006 at the age of 1. Faith was a happy baby who touched everyone that she met. She was the sparkle in mommy and daddy's eyes. We will remember her forever.
Faith passed from choking on toast while she was at the babysitters. She was rushed to the hospital where she went into cardiac arrest, but was revived. We got the call that every parent dreads that our daughter was in the hospital and rushed to be by her side. She fought hard for two weeks, but eventually the brain damage was too bad from the lack of oxygen and she passed away in mommy's arms on 3/17/06 at 11:30am at Stanford Children's Hospital.
We will always remember Faith playing and her funny little laugh. She is our little angel now and is waiting for us and I'm sure that she is up there playing and laughing all the time.
We will always have her in our hearts.
